Rod Clarke
Rod is a sprint coach, lifelong athlete, and performance strategist with over 30 years of experience. A multiple-time state and national champion, Rod has coached athletes from grassroots to the international stage — including Olympic Athletes and National Champions. He brings a structured, no-fluff approach built around speed, power, and accountability.

Chris Brack is a track coach at Griffith University, and a decorated Masters Athlete with World Championship medals, including gold in the 4x400m relay (2022) and silver in the 400m (2023). He holds Australian and Queensland state records in the 55+ category, with personal bests of 11.86 seconds (100m), 23.46 seconds (200m), and 52.82 seconds (400m).🇦🇺 Australian Masters 100m, 200m and 400m Champion.

We are not here to throw random workouts at you. I build programs based on fundamentals that have worked for national champions, weekend warriors, and athletes over 40. Every session has a purpose. Every cue is intentional. Whether you're racing the 100m or looking to stay fast for your sport, we'll train for results — not likes.
